Crystal Palace manager Patrick Vieira has admitted his side made it too “comfortable” for Aston Villa at Selhurst Park on Saturday.
Patrick Viera said: “He is a manager like any other manager in the Premier League. I was concentrating on how we wanted to play the game and he was the same himself.”
The result was due to both a good Villa performance and a poor Palace display, according to Vieira.
Patrick Viera added: “Villa played really well, they were compact and made it difficult for us. We couldn’t play our normal game. We were a little bit too slow to give them problems but I think we made it comfortable for them today, especially in the first half.”
