Jack Grealish has revealed Adama Traore is the fastest player he’s ever seen on a football pitch. Wolverhampton Wanderers’ wing wizard Traore spent a season playing alongside Grealish at Aston Villa after quitting boyhood club Barcelona in 2015. Traore and Grealish have remained in touch and both of them enjoyed stunning seasons in the Premier League last term.
Grealish was surprised to learn that Traore is only the joint-fastest player on FIFA 21 with French star Kylian Mbappe.
Jack Grealish said “He shouldn’t be, He should be the highest. I know Mbappe is fast, unbelievably fast and in the top five players in the world but Adama is the fastest person I’ve ever seen play football in my whole life. I still speak to him and keep in touch with him. He’s a good lad. I really got on well with him. You have to be wary of it, I think the best thing to do is… if he wants to face you up just stand like this (side on) so he can’t come down the line. Just let him go inside. That’s what I do and that’s what I tell the full-backs to do when we play against them.”
