Chelsea midfielder Jorginho has said he tried to do what he ‘always’ does ahead of scoring the Blues’ winning penalty against Leeds United.
Jorginho said: “For the keeper, he has the second chance you know. You take the first one and then you have to take the second one. But you try to do what you always do.”
Jorginho hailed the victory and the dramatic method in which the Blues secured it – especially after what had been a couple of indifferent results.
Jorginho continued: “You win a game like this, last minute at home in front of your fans supporting you, so it’s amazing. This is football and this is why we love this sport.”
