Wins over Norwich, Manchester City, Leeds as well as a 4-1 Thumping of Blackburn Rovers saw Joe Kinnear’s Wimbledon win the manager of the month. Kinnear had got his team playing a very attacking front foot football and with limited resournces the Irishman had won the award for the second time that season.
