Tottenham defender Ben Davies has already hailed Aaron Ramsey as world class amid fresh transfer links with Spurs this summer. The former Arsenal man appears set to leave Juventus during the current transfer window just two years after joining the Italian giants on a free transfer from the Gunners. Speaking ahead of Ramsey’s return from injury,
Ben Davies said: “Aaron is a world-class player. Having him in any team would boost you. He gets on the ball, he’s very creative and always looks forward and to get a team up the pitch.”
Whilst Ramsey has been linked with Spurs, Arsenal have previously been reported as wanting to bring him back to the Emirates Stadium. However, that potential move has already been refuted by his agent David Baldwin.
David Blain said: “I’m sorry but can you stop making things up please. There is not a shred of truth in your tweet.”
Should Ramsey move to Spurs instead, supporters will surely be relieved having seen the midfielder have a hand in four goals in his last six Premier League appearances for the Gunners in the North London Derby.
