Dominic Calvert-Lewin has praised Sheffield United for the role the club played in his development.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin said: “Sheffield United have always produced good players and it just so happens that there are a few in the England squad now. The club was key in shaping me into the player and person that I am now. The values that were instilled in me and the different coaches along the way helped me become the player that I am today.”
England face Denmark at Wembley tomorrow evening in the semi-final, with a place in the final against Italy or Spain up for grabs. Calvert-Lewin has featured twice so far in the tournament, coming off the bench in the last round against Ukraine and in the opening match against Croatia.
