Dennis Praet could leave Leicester City during this summer’s transfer window, according to reports. Praet is currently on international duty with Belgium at Euro 2020 but found his first-team chances at Leicester limited during the 2020-21 season. The report adds that Leicester may be willing to let him leave the King Power Stadium if they receive an “acceptable offer”.
Dennis Praet said: “It is of course not easy to fight back into a team that is doing quite well. In the past few weeks I didn’t get much playing time. Of course, that’s always a shame and painful for a football player, because you just want to play.”
Leicester are set to add to their midfield options with the signing of Boubakary Soumare from Lille. And they are also hoping to keep hold of Praet’s Belgian counterpart Youri Tielemans, who has been linked with a move to Liverpool.
