Arsenal are expected to be one of the busier teams in this summer’s transfer window. And Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland’s future could dominate the window as he is one of the most sought-after players in Europe right now after netting 41 goals in just 41 appearances across all competitions this season – including 10 in the Champions League. With that said, Haaland’s does have respect for Arsenal. Back in January when delivering his verdict on compatriot Martin Odegaard’s loan move from Real Madrid, the Norwegian called the Gunners a ‘great club in England’.
Erling Haaland said: “It will be interesting to see Martin at Arsenal. It’s a great club in England. The football is a bit different, but I think he can fit in well with Arteta in midfield. He can have fun there.”
