Scott Dann admits that scoring goals against Liverpool and Everton stand out for him from his time at Crystal Palace so far. The Eagles defender has been with the club for more than six years, having joined Palace from Blackburn Rovers in 2014. He has played 159 times for the Eagles and scored 15 goals, with Dann being a part of the Palace sides that secured the club’s highest finish in the Premier League era in 2015 and reached the FA Cup final in 2016. Dann has spoken of how much he has enjoyed his time at the club so far, but there are a few moments that stick out for the 33-year-old, who grew up as a Liverpool fan.
Scott Dann said: “There have been lots. One that sticks out is scoring at Anfield, the winner when we won 2-1 [in November 2015], there’s been other times with other great moments. The 3-3 game at Selhurst [in May 2014], that was an amazing experience. Scoring couple of goals at Goodison Park, being a Liverpool fan, they were good experiences in front of family and friends. But the one at Anfield is the one that sticks out the most. I enjoy it every time I see it.”
