Barcelona have dealt Tottenham Hotspur a potential transfer blow after the La Liga outfit were said to have joined the race to sign Adama Traore from Wolves. Barca have become the latest team to shown an interest in Traore, according to reports. Spanish outlet Sport claim that Barca plan to win the race by enticing player exchange offer for Traore, who was previously at Nou Camp during his youth career.
Antonio Conte said: “Honestly, I also want to be very clear because if we think, with the transfer window in January, we solve the situation [then] I’m telling you a lie, not the truth. There is a lot of jobs to do. If someone thinks the transfer market can solve the situation… First of all, in January it’s very difficult to buy. Very, very difficult. Then you have to see if there’s the possibility to buy players that you need.”
