Dion Sanderson says he enjoyed his brief return to Wolves during the international break but declined to comment on what might happen in the January transfer window. He also spent a few days back training at Compton during the international break along with Wolves’ other loan players.
Dion Sanders said: “It was good, seeing familiar faces, new faces, met the new gaffer [Bruno Lage] and of course trained. I have met him before but not out on the training pitch and obviously I didn’t see him much around the building because I was doing my work – that was the first time I have properly met him. It wasn’t a one-to-one chat, the loan players that were back, he gave us some good advice, told us to keep working hard.”
Sanderson refused to get drawn into speculation regarding any potential return to Molineux in midseason – saying he is content to remain at Blues if that’s what his parent club deems best.
Dean Sanders said: “I don’t really take interest in it I have got a job to do here first and that’s my main priority. If that’s what Wolves want me to do then I am happy to do that. The most important thing is getting game time, I like to think I am doing well whenever I am called upon, I am there to help the team and help the gaffer out.”
