Leeds United winger Daniel James has insisted he has a lot more to give for the Whites after a quiet start to his career at Elland Road. James is confident, though, that he can begin to make a bigger impact on his new club in the coming weeks.
Daniel James said: “I’ve not reached my potential yet. I’m getting a lot more game time now and I’ve obviously got my own goals. I’ve got so much more I can improve on, so much more to give. Hopefully I’ll show that in the coming years.”
James made his long-awaited move to Leeds on deadline day in the summer from Manchester United in a deal worth around £25 million. But the 24-year-old hasn’t quite hit the ground running, registering just one assist in 10 league appearances.
