He said there was plenty to work on after a 1-1 draw.
Graham Potter said: “I thought we played well, certainly first half really well. It’s not easy to play against a team that are defending deep and have the quality attacking players they have that can hurt you on the transition. I thought we did it really well up to about an hour and they scored. Then we lost our way a bit and it’s something for us to improve on. But the guys tried and tried. It’s hard to control things for 90 minutes in a Premier League game. In the end it’s a point and we move on. It keeps the scoreboard ticking over and we have to keep trying to improve.”
Potter believed the penalty award for his team and the red card for Robert Sanchez were correct calls though he said he had not seen them back.
