Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has revealed he has the ‘utmost respect’ for Leicester City ahead of the Premier League clash at the King Power Stadium this weekend. Leicester haven’t won a Premier League game since the end of August and have only collected two points from a possible 12 on offer since the win over Norwich City at Carrow Road. Brendan Rodgers’ Foxes will entertain a United side who are struggling themselves on Saturday. Solskjaer’s side haven’t won in their last two after losing to Aston Villa at home and drawing to Everton at Old Trafford before the October international break. Ahead of Saturday’s match at the King Power Stadium, Solskjaer has offered his views on Leicester’s indifferent start to the new campaign in his pre-match media briefing.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said: “It’s early on, early doors in the season. Sometimes, you don’t see the real picture so early and, of course, they’re in the Europa League as well, so they’ve got so many games. I have the utmost respect every time we play Leicester because they’ve signed well again, got good players; sometimes it takes times to gel. I’ve seen good football at times, and at times, like most of us, they’ve conceded goals that they shouldn’t. As with every time we go down there, it’s going to be difficult.”
