England and West Ham midfielder Declan Rice have leapt to the defence of Manchester United’s Harry Maguire after he was sent off against Denmark. The United skipper picked up two yellow cards in the opening 30 minutes, with England then going on to lose 1-0 after a Christian Eriksen penalty. That has increased the scrutiny upon Maguire, who attracted criticism following United’s 6-1 defeat to Tottenham prior to the international break.
