Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim spoke about Leny Yoro’s readiness to be included in the starting line-up for a match against Nottingham Forest. Yoro was set to start for the first time after his debut in a previous match against Arsenal. Amorim expressed confidence in Yoro’s abilities and maturity for his age, attributing his inclusion to his special talent.
Ruben Amorim said, “He is a special talent, he is very grown up for his age. I think him playing at home with our supporters is a good way for him to start in the first-team.”
Amorim also addressed his coaching strategy regarding team rotation. He explained the necessity for rotating players due to the return of many from injuries and the importance of learning during training sessions. Amorim emphasized that constant rotation helps players improve and understand tactics more effectively.
Ruben Amorim said, “We have to do it. Also, we arrived at the time where a lot of players have been returning, so we have to rotate the players. Also, for them to understand during training what to do. If we play with the same team all the time, they just have time to recover and don’t learn anything. We have to rotate, and in the future we will see a different thing.”
