Aaron Cresswell signs contract extension at West Ham

The 34-year-old is the Hammers’ longest-serving player, having joined them from Ipswich in the summer of 2014. He will be playing under a new manager next season as former Wolves manager Julen Lopetegui has replaced David Moyes.  The left-back will be coming up against Town for the first time in the top flight, having played 138 games for the Blues and scoring seven goals during his three seasons at Portman Road.
