2 outstanding players in Chelsea youth brigade  apart from Tammy Abraham

Mason Mount and Fikayo Tomori have shared special relationship since 2016 since they won FA Youth Cup together. That was in 2016 and, three years later, Mount and Tomori are now first-team regulars together in Frank Lampard’s energetic young side that are winning hearts and minds.

Part of the Chelsea loan army, Mount spent a season in Holland at Vitesse Arnhem and Tomori had spells at Brighton and Hull City before they resumed their progression together at Derby County last season, and, under Lampard, helped the Rams to the Championship play-off final. Tomori said on his experience before joining Chelsea “You can’t really count it out. You go loan to improve yourself and you hope that when you come back for pre-season that the manager gives you a chance, and we’ve got our chance and we are just all taking it.” Mount added “You’ve got to have that self belief and you look at the boys now, there’s so many coming through and doing so well. It’s a bit surreal we are all coming through together and doing it. We are all working hard and, hopefully, we can keep doing well for many years to come. It was mixed emotions because we’d come through the Chelsea academy and never played for them and then we were playing against them at Stamford Bridge. It was a weird feeling.”

Premier League Museum Editor Notes:  It has been an interesting season where 2 giant clubs have started with similar missions, resources and constraints – Manchester United and Chelsea. While Lampard has done well with his young brigade, Ole has struggled with young team inexperienced , raw and at times not knowing how to coordinate passes  with their  team members. Ole this week attributed lack of loan’s and inexperience for his young team to not perform as well as Chelsea. Two things PREMIER LEAGUE FANS have to believe is Ole is honest and they have been privileged to watch talented youngsters ( future of clubs in future ) perform in same season and that too brilliantly.

2 players Pochettino can look up to improve season

Spurs team were disappointed after leaving Anfield with a late goal against the league leaders Liverpool. Pochettino now has to pick his players back up and ensure spirits are high heading into Sunday’s trip to Everton. One way to do this is by playing the two players who came to Tottenham with huge potential and yet to be in manager’s plan this season.

Ryan Sessegnon, who returned to first team training after the international break, could travel as part of the squad but it would have been extremely unlikely he will start given he has yet to play for the club. However, Rose’s suspension could open the door for Sessegnon to be named in the Tottenham squad and starting lineup for the first time this season. The ex-Fulham man has unfortunately had to spend the vast majority of his time at the club in the treatment room after sustaining a hamstring injury on international duty in the summer.

Giovani Lo Celso has been coming off the bench in the past two weeks following his hip issue and he like Sessegnon should make it to starting line up too. Spurs fans have seen very little of the summer arrival since he came through the door at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on deadline day.  He has now come off the bench in the past two games and Pochettino will now want to step up his time on the pitch after returning from injury. T

Premier League Museum Editor Notes: Tottenham manager does tend to introduce new signings into action slowly and this was evident in the opening weeks with three substitute appearances for the Argentine. With initial difficulty in adapting to premier league for new players and high demands of training by manager, PREMIER LEAGUE FANS know why they don’t see both players enough. However, this weekend it could potentially happen  at Goodison Park given Erik Lamela’s thigh injury and Christian Eriksen’s poor showing against Liverpool.

Who were admonished by Daniel Farke after Man United loss

Daniel Farke was unimpressed by what he saw in the first half of a 3-1 home defeat to Manchester United. Norwich City coach is challenging his exciting talent to kick on after impressive senior breakthroughs on his watch.

The coach said “We will speak with the younger players because I was not overly happy. We started pretty well, we had the biggest first chance of the game from less than 18 yards, a shooting position without any pressure. You have to be convinced and focused in order to score and if the keeper produces a world class save then you take it. We cannot be happy to create a chance and not be greedy to use it. The same happened before the first goal. It wasn’t even a real chance. A cheap cross, we get the first touch and then we seem surprised the opponent is also in the box. That is an assist from us. Our positioning on the second goal on the counter was a disaster, if I am honest. It is difficult to be angry with these lads. They are always willing to keep on going and they showed great character in the second half. They always show a great mentality so angry, no, but self-critical, yes.”

Premier League Museum Editor Notes:  Daniel Farke is one of the most humble manager’s who is currently working with young squad , marred with many injuries yet springing surprises by beating Manchester City at home. The 41-year-old former coach of Borussia Dortmund Under-23s not only had a language barrier but also no major popularity when he arrived in England to lead Norwich City. PREMIER LEAGUE FANS have been impressed by the coach and would wish him best for more years in the league.

Wolves player believes their team is improving under Nuno

Nuno Espirito Santo‘s wolves side play their 21st game of the season when they travel to Aston Villa in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday. Wolves started their campaign in the Europa League qualifiers in July and their dismal form in premier league has been attributed largely to Europa involvement.

Matt Doherty believes Wolves have already proved their staying power during their marathon season. He said “We’ve played 20 games this season and only lost three times, so we’re obviously hard to beat. Credit goes to the backroom staff for the shape they have us in. They make us recover well and we’re prepared for every game. We played on Thursday and it was a two-hour flight so we’re not going to be using that as an excuse, we’ve just got to be more clinical. If we can put the ball in the back of the net more, we’ll win a lot of games and we need to do it. The more games you play, the more you stay unbeaten fills you with confidence. We’ve got Aston Villa then we go to Arsenal, so the games come thick and fast and we’re prepared. We’re improving all the time. Where we are in the league isn’t exactly where we want to be, but that can change quick, and we’re not in a bad position considering the amount of games we’ve played.”

Premier League Museum Editor Notes:  PREMIER LEAGUE FANS have loved Matt Doherty who has been voted Wolvesplayer of the year in past. He is right back but can be versatile and play left back as well.  His experience is vital for Wolves as they navigate an unknown territory in premier league of having small squad, many fixtures and long journeys across Europe.

Bramall Lane stadium has officially the best atmosphere in the entire COUNTRY

Sheffield United have made a good impression on the field since they began their Premier League adventure back in August… and it seems their fans are doing their bit in the stands, too. United’s Bramall Lane stadium has been voted as the stadium with the best atmosphere in the whole of the top flight. With an average rating of four stars out of five, Bramall Lane ranks above nearest rivals Newcastle United at the top of the Premier League atmosphere table. Liverpool are third.

Here are some quotes from visitor’s there according to TripAdvisor site –

“The ground is somewhere i would recommend visiting, the atmosphere is amazing, the prices for food and drink there arent overly expensive, i throughly enjoy going to watch my football team play there, its great for people who support sheffield united but i believe is also a great experience for visitors teams fans for them to come visitour ground and see their team play, it is an easy walk from the train station and there are plenty of places in the city centre and close to the ground to have a bite to eat before the match. I would recommend this as a place to visit for anyone who loves football.”

“Football ground within walking distance of city centres so plenty of places to eat mc Donald’s Kentucky subway there is also a pound bakery shop you can buy food from”.

Premier League Museum Editor Notes:  PREMIER LEAGUE FANS should remember that Bramall Lane Stadium and Sheffield United team were the first to score premier league goal after breakaway in 1992. IT is the oldest football ground in the world and Sheffield United has been regarded as the oldest football club in the world. The club and stadium have gone through many up’s and down’s with relegation on last day, player controversies, court litigations and rich history of FA CUP wins. We wish Sheffield United best ahead..
