Leeds United, in collaboration with Adidas, launched a new ‘limited edition’ clothing collection on September 2. The Leeds x Adidas Terrace Icons Collection features five items inspired by the ‘iconic’ terrace look, designed for daily wear. The collection includes a yellow pinstripe jersey, a full tracksuit, a quarter zip top, and a drill top, all in the classic club colors, with each piece adorned with the embroidered Leeds United crest and the iconic Adidas trefoil.
Leeds United said: “Leeds United are proud to unveil the Terrace Icons collection, a new limited-edition lifestyle range created in collaboration with adidas. We transform the iconic terrace look to daily wear for fans who are obsessed with football fashion and culture through a modern twist of fabric, fit and silhouettes.”
The collection’s standout items include the Leeds United Adidas Icon Half Zip Pullover in white, priced at £80. This piece pays homage to the football fashion style of the ’80s, featuring a clean white design with a sewn-on club crest and trefoil logo. Also available is the Leeds United Adidas Icon Track Top in dark blue, priced at £100, which is described as ‘suitable for wearing on the terraces’ or for casual outings with friends. The Leeds United Adidas Icon Jersey in yellow, priced at £70, is also part of the collection but is selling fast, with limited sizes remaining.
Additionally, the Leeds United Adidas Icon Drill Top in dark blue, priced at £70, remains fully stocked. This loose-fitting pullover features the crest and logo beneath a v-neck style collar. Completing the collection are the Leeds United Adidas Icon Track Pants in dark blue, priced at £85, which are described as a ‘must-have’ for Leeds fans.
Alongside the Terrace Icons, there has been a limited re-stock of the popular Leeds United Adidas Samba Trainers, priced at £100. These trainers, originally launched in June to celebrate the club’s return to the Premier League, sold out quickly but are now back in stock in sizes nine to 11.
Fans can purchase the Leeds x Adidas Terrace Icons Collection at Fanatics and the Leeds United Official Store. The collection has sparked a range of reactions among fans on social media. While many have praised the collection as ‘absolutely fire,’ others have expressed mixed feelings. One fan commented on Instagram, “The yellow one is an absolute masterpiece and the navy track top too,” while another shared, “All absolutely fire. Hope we make it a season to make the kits do the memories justice.” However, not all feedback was positive, with one fan describing the yellow shirt and blue tracksuit as “tacky,” while another declared, “I don’t want to overreact but this might be the single greatest drop of merch ever.”
