Aston Villa head coach Dean Smith has told his defenders they will need to have high concentration levels to keep Manchester United ‘s Cristiano Ronaldo off the scoresheet this weekend.
Dean Smith said: “All our players are professional footballers so if they don’t know about Cristiano Ronaldo then I have got a problem. Over the last 10-12 years they should’ve been watching him very closely as one of the top players and they’ll certainly have an idea of what he’s about. I think he’s shown already in the short amount of time back that he’s been in the Premier League, he’s hit the goal trail and the types of goals he scores are for all to see so the concentration levels for our players have to be right on it because he is a proper goal scorer.”
