What is your reaction to Michail Anotnio’s sending off and how much of a blow is it?
It can happen in football, I think after getting booked the first time he was stupid to lunge in on the second one. These things in football happen and we are not going to make too big a deal of it. He has got himself sent off and at the time it looked like the referee got it right, but I have not seen it again so I can’t completely make a judgement on it. These sort of things can happen and it has done today.
With Antonio suspended versus Manchester United will you use the midweek game against Dinamo Zagreb to try other options upfront out?
I think maybe you might think the other way because he is not available for the Man United game so I think there is a couple of ways to look at it. We don’t want Mic to go weeks and weeks without playing, he played a little bit for Jamaica but I will think about it but I have not really considered it at the moment.
Draws against Saints and Crystal Palace where the performance was not as good as the first two games.
Maybe that is our expectation now for how we play. I thought today we played some really good football in the first half but the mid to forward area we did not connect. It looked like that had all been away, Pablo, Said, Mic so it looked like we lacked a real connection. Whereas in all the other games where we scored four and four and two it looked as if we could score near enough at will. I disagree with it a bit [in regard] to us not playing well. We have played better, I thought the Leicester game we played really well. I think the two games where we got draws were tough games and I still think if any team deserved to win then it was us.
