RALPH Hasenhuttl insists “I don’t expect anybody to go” before the transfer window shuts.
Saints have until 11pm on Tuesday to complete deals for players to both join or leave the club. Speaking yesterday, Hasenhuttl confirmed he is hopeful of potentially still bringing in a central midfielder to complete his squad. But Hasenhuttl does not expect he nor any more first-team players to leave the club in the coming days. Asked if he was concerned about more players departing, with some speculation this week regarding Stuart Armstrong potentially returning to Scotland,
Ralph Hasenhuttl said: “No, I am not worried about losing any. We want to have everybody here. The season is long and we have experienced that we need every player and don’t want to make the mistake from last year again. That is the reason why I don’t expect anybody to go.”
