Aston Villa defender Tyrone Mings says he is ‘looking forward’ to playing in front of Villa fans for the first time in over a year.
Tyrone Mings said: “Final preparations done… looking forwards to fans being back at VP tomorrow.”
Villa could have a say in the race for the top four with their result against Chelsea, and Blues’ boss Thomas Tuchel has said that the return of fans will make it more ‘difficult’ for his team.
Thomas Tuchel said: “They (Villa supporters) will not be fans for us and they will have the effect for their side, It’s an advantage. It makes things absolutely more difficult, no doubt about it. But it’s so much nicer and such a different game to play with spectators. We know it increases the challenge and increases the adversity, but we are here to step up. We have it in our hands and we want to do it until the very end.”
