Nuno Espirito Santo has revealed his delight at ‘unique’ Wolverhampton Wanderers star Adama Traore’s match-winning moment against Fulham.
Nuno Espirito Santo said: “That cannot be his priority. Adama works very hard. When he has the ball it opens a lot of spaces. He’s unique and I’m really happy for him. The key for me is for him to sustain this level. The team recognises what we have. Adama can produce special moments.”
Traore hasn’t enjoyed the numerical return he managed last season, but his form has improved in recent months following a quiet start to the campaign. Speaking after his winner,
Adama Traore said: “I’ve been working hard on different aspects with the manager – not only playing inside with my feet, but trying to do some runs behind. I’ve been trying to mix my game. I’m trying to improve my final (product).”
