Leeds United has announced an exciting new collaboration with Adidas, launching the adidas x LUFC Running Range. This collection pays tribute to the club’s rich history, prominently featuring the 1970s ‘Smiley’ crest. The range includes a variety of apparel designed to honor Elland Road, with items such as jackets, t-shirts, and pants. The collection is available for purchase at Fanatics and the Leeds United Official Store.
Leeds United said: “Every new stride forward pays homage to the past with the 1970’s ‘Smiley’ crest; featured with the vintage yellow and blue colourway in a sonic flow pattern, this range mirrors the booming soundwaves of Elland Road in full voice. Every piece is designed to endure seasonal change – on the track, in the park or through the heart of the city.”
The centerpiece of the collection is the Leeds United adidas Running Jacket, priced at £75. This water-repellent, full-zip jacket is designed in the club’s classic yellow and blue colors, featuring a striking pattern that represents the ‘booming soundwaves’ of Elland Road. It also incorporates ‘WIND.RDY tech’ to protect wearers from heavy winds. The same design is applied to the Leeds United adidas Running T-Shirt (£40), Shorts (£40), and Singlet (£35).
The collection also includes the Leeds United adidas Running Tights, available for £55. These tight-fitting pants are perfect for training runs, featuring a bold black design with blue adidas branding. A similar white version is also available, and each item comes in women’s sizes.
The adidas x LUFC Running Range is crafted with durable, lightweight materials, aiming to enhance performance while instilling a sense of club pride. The special edition pair is currently reduced to £80 from the original £100.
Leeds United is set to return to Premier League action on Sunday, March 15, when they face Crystal Palace. In their last encounter in December, Daniel Farke’s squad secured a decisive 4-1 victory, with Dominic Calvert-Lewin scoring twice. The upcoming match will be broadcast live on Sky Sports Cricket, with kick-off scheduled for 2 pm.
Customer reviews have been largely positive, with one noting the “great service, wide range of products available,” and another praising the “fast delivery, great price, amazing product.” However, a mixed review highlighted the return policy, stating, “They’re really good but if you need to change something you have to pay to return it.”
