Romeo Lavia experienced a minor injury, which was discussed while addressing concerns about potential Chelsea players’ injuries during the international break.
Romeo Lavia said “I received a little blow. At the moment, we are testing to see if it is okay, but it should be fine, I think.”
Enzo Maresca, Chelsea’s manager, was commenting on Jadon Sancho’s absence and his potential return following a series of issues, including illness and a knock, which kept him from playing in a recent Premier League game.
Enzo Maresca said “He is recovering from [illness]. He had a knock in the session. He is out [for the Arsenal game] and we will see if he is available [this weekend] or after the international break.”
