David Moyes has said he is “not sure” if Sebastien Haller will be fit to make a return for West Ham when they host Burnley on Wednesday. The club-record signing has not played for the East London club since the Premier League has resumed and there were widespread rumours of something not being right at the club after it was revealed that West Ham failed to make a £4.5 million payment to Eintracht Frankfurt in May which the club described as a commercially confidential issue and not a fund problem at the club. Moyes provided injury updates for Haller along with Masuaky and club captain Mark Noble.
David Moyes said “[Noble, Haller and Masuaku] are all on the grass and they’ve all done a bit of training. I’m hoping to have some of them back but we’ll know better tomorrow. We’ve also got a slight injury to Felipe Anderson, who hurt his hamstring in the warm-up in the game against Chelsea the other night. He overstretched in the warm-up so we’re looking at him as well.”
