Gary Neville
The popular BBC series Dragons’ Den is set to return for a new season in January, featuring a guest entrepreneur in each episode. The show will welcome back its resident dragons: Peter Jones, Deborah Meaden, Touker Suleyman, and Steven Bartlett. Among the guest dragons, former Manchester United legend Gary Neville is confirmed to make a return appearance. Known for his successful transition from football to entrepreneurship, Neville has built a business empire encompassing property, hospitality, education, media, and sport.
Gary Neville said: “It’s an honour to be invited back into the Den and join the Dragons again.”
Neville’s entrepreneurial journey began during his football career under Sir Alex Ferguson. His ventures include the Stock Exchange Hotel, a top-rated establishment in Manchester, and the University Academy 92 (UA92), which aims to revolutionize the education model. His St. Michael’s project is also a significant property development in Manchester City Centre.
Tinie said: “I have a keen interest in supporting emerging entrepreneurs as well as investing in a wide-ranging portfolio of businesses, so Dragons’ Den was an opportunity I simply couldn’t turn down.”
Susie said: “It’s an absolute honour to join the Den as a Guest Dragon. I’m here to back the bold – the next generation of changemakers building businesses with purpose, creativity and courage.”
This season will also feature other guest dragons, including rapper and entrepreneur Tinie, who recently launched a virtual soul food brand and founded his own record label. Susie, another guest dragon, co-founded the beauty brand REFY in 2020 and expressed her excitement about joining the show. She emphasized the inspiring atmosphere of Dragons’ Den and her admiration for Deborah Meaden, one of the resident dragons.
The return of Gary Neville and the inclusion of new guest dragons promise an exciting season for Dragons’ Den. The show continues to be a platform for aspiring entrepreneurs to present their innovative ideas and secure investment from seasoned business leaders. With its focus on creativity and entrepreneurship, Dragons’ Den remains a significant influence on the business landscape.
