Arsenal no.1 Benrd Leno says Gunners fans should be ‘very excited’ about new loan signing Martin Odegaard. The Norwegian international has penned a loan deal with Mikel Arteta’s side for the rest of the season after finding first-team opportunities hard to come by at Real Madrid. Leno believes Odegaard has an excellent chance to be a big success in north London and going on what he has seen so far in training, the German insists his new teammate will bring ‘a lot of fun’ to the side.
Benrd Leno said: “I think we should all be very excited because he is an attacking midfield player who is turning, wants to go forward, wants to play passes and create chances and have assists”. In his first days he has been very impressive and has been very open to everyone, and I think we will have a lot of fun with him in the next months.”
