Wolves  winger Adama Traore has revealed he has been training to make himself even faster ahead of the return of the Premier League. And with the three-month coronavirus enforced suspension, allowing Traore time to workout off the pitch, he reckons he could clock in at even higher speeds in the final nine games.

Adama Traore said “We have been working hard to get back to full fitness, The staff gave us some plans that we have been able to do while at home. If you have a gym in your house, you can maintain your fitness the same way you have when you’re on the field. But I think every player in the team has been working hard by themselves in their houses and they’ve come back stronger. I’ve been working a lot in the house and I’ve been using the plans they’ve given us, because in myself, I want to be the best I can be, so when I get back on the pitch, I can be even faster. It’s like a reset button has been pressed and now we must adapt to the situation because it will be completely different; without the fans, without the noise, and we have to follow certain rules with the Premier League and the government. I think the best we can adapt, the best we can perform.”
