Wimbledon boss Joe Kinnear laughed off the speculation around Everton boss Howard Kendall’s position and instead suggested that the FA cup clash and the upcoming matches in the league made or break for himself. Kinnear said that Wimbledon might have to sell some of their star names if FA cup wasn’t going to bring in revenues that year and he couldn’t even imagine losing to Everton. He said, “It is no secret that the club needs to raise some revenue. A decent cup run is one way to do that. We don’t want to have to sell off key players. We have had a number of tentative enquiries for certain players.”
