Carlo Ancelotti says Everton will hold contract talks with Gylfi Sigurdsson in the summer. The club record signing will enter the final 12 months of his deal in July and the Blues boss is keen on holding discussions.
Carlo Ancelotti said: “I think so, I think that everyone is pleased that Gylfi Sigurdsson is here and I think the next period we are going to talk to him to renew the contract or stay here. If he is happy to stay here, we are happy to keep him here.”
Asked if plans would start in the summer, Carlo Ancelotti said “Yes, I think so.”
