#PLStories- #PatrickCutrone explains influence of #NunoEspiritoSantos and his permanent transfer hopes #WolvesFC

Patrick Cutrone was encouraged to join Valencia by Nuno – and now that the Italian has landed in La Liga, he is hopeful of staying there for good.
Cutrone left Wolves late in the transfer window last month after the club secured the services of Willian Jose; it is his second loan spell away from Molineux after spending the best part of 12 months in his native Italy with Fiorentina prior to that.
The forward made four appearances for Wolves in January as they sought to plug the gap left in Raul Jimenez’s absence, but once Jose arrived Cutrone was permitted to leave again.
He made for Valencia, Nuno’s former club, and made his debut from the bench in the draw with Athletic Bilbao last weekend.

Now that he is in Spain, he has explained the influence Nuno had on his decision and how he hopes that he can earn a long-term stay at the club.
“Of course, it’s my objective,” he told AS, when asked about his ambition to remain in Spain. “I want to do well on the pitch to stay, that’s what I want. As soon as I heard about the interest, I said yes. Nuno also spoke to me very well about the club.
“I know the importance of Valencia, its history. For different reasons I changed teams several times.
“I want to give back to Valencia the confidence they gave me, to earn my continuity. I am happy. I will give everything to stay here.”
