Chelsea defender Emerson Palmieri has hinted that he might seek to leave the club in the January transfer window. The Italian has been used just four times by Blues manager Frank Lampard so far this season, with none of those appearances coming in the Premier League. The full-back has previously been linked with a number of Serie A sides, although a move never materialised.
Emerson Palmieri said “Here at the national team I play, I have fun and I’m fine. The coach told me the best solution for me is to play, at Chelsea or in another team. Let’s wait for the next two months and see what will happen. Unfortunately, I am not playing at Chelsea, but I’m calm, I think things can improve in London, or in another place.”
