Albion head coach Graham Potter felt their 1-1 draw at home to West Brom was a fair result.
Graham Potter said: “I would agree with Slaven, I though first half we were the better team. We scored a goal we had some other good chances, so if anything, we could have been further ahead at half time. Credit to West Brom they came out second half and responded to the fact it was only 1-0. They had a go pushed us back and they played better. I think if we were honest their goal was a deserved one and it was a fair result in the end.”
The Seagulls had taken the lead in the 40th minute, courtesy of an unfortunate own goal from Jake Livermore. However, West Brom pushed second half and got an equaliser with seven minutes left through striker Karlan Grant. West Brom manager Slaven Bilic felt the point was a fair result and Potter gave his verdict on the result.
