Mark Hughes insisted that the fear of failure that made fall guys of Manchester United the prior year’s championship race was long forgotten. Hughes insisted that he and his team mates were just focusing on finally ending the 26 year old wait for the title.
Mark Hughes said “Its great to be playing in a team that is challenging for the biggest honour in the game. I am pleased to be a part of it. This time last year we were going into the game and dreading them as we didn’t want to play them. We seemed confident but deep down we were not. This time its different. We are all going out and enjoying the games and looking forward to the next one.”
